Hi, I’m Molly, a certified Histology Technician (HT) with over 10 years of experience in histology, 7 of those years also being in Mohs. As the Lab Manager for our Mohs lab, I help oversee the day-to-day operations and support the team in delivering high-quality care and precise results.
My role includes coordinating lab workflow, ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures, providing any support the histotech team may need, all to help ensure the surgical process runs smoothly and efficiently. I work closely with our Mohs Surgeon, Dr. Rkein to uphold the standards and accuracy that Mohs surgery requires.
I’m passionate about using the techniques and skills that I have learned over the years to provide the best care possible for each and every patient, and I’m proud to be part of a team that prioritizes excellence at every step.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on adventures with my husband and three children and I would never pass up a family movie night.
