Please request prescription refills through your pharmacy. There are several internal processes that must take place before the dermatologist is able to review your prescriptions. We process those requests as soon as possible, but in some circumstances, this process may take up to 2 business days. Therefore, be sure to take this into consideration when requesting refills.
All telephone calls from our patients are important to us and we want to respond to you as quickly as possible. However, these calls must be reviewed by the doctor before a return call to you can be made. Please take this into consideration when calling our office with questions.
A physician is always available to handle any emergency. However, if you cannot reach the physician, please proceed to an immediate care center (ER or urgent care). Routine medical questions are best handled during office hours when your entire medical record is available to your provider.
