Cosmetic Consultations

A fee will be collected when scheduling a cosmetic consultation with any of our providers. This nonrefundable fee varies depending on the type of requested service and may range up to half the cost of the service. Of the consultation fee collected, 50% -100% of the fee will be applied towards your recommended treatment, however if no treatment is rendered the fee will be applied solely to the consultation (i.e. patient is a plastic surgery candidate and not a filler candidate). Policies vary by provider, please speak with one of our medical receptionists for specific details based on your preferred provider and service.

A 48-hour notice is REQUIRED for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointments. If you fail to provide us with a 48-hour notice or no show your appointment, a $200 fee will be added automatically to your account for the 1st late notice/no show and must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.

A deposit may be required to schedule future appointments.
